One on One Training

This is the best option for achieving your goals fastest. Reasons for this are that I can focus entirely on you and customize your training to best suit you and your goals. Choose from a:

  • 30 minute session
  • 45 minute session (recommended)

 

2 on 1 Training

This option is great for friends, family members or couples who enjoy working out with either someone they consider to be motivating, competitive or who don’t feel confident enough coming on their own. Choose from a:

  • 30 minute session
  • 45 minute session

 

Small group sessions (3-4 people)

If you have a group of friends or family members who are all keen on training, then this suits you! Group sessions are fun and best of all you are still getting great results for a fraction of the price of 1 on 1 training.
