Are you a stay at home parent?

Whatever the reason, online training has you covered. Just like face to face personal training, only in the comfort of your own home and privacy. We can use whichever video meeting platform you like. Platforms such as Zoom, Skype, Facetime and Facebook Messenger are very popular options for most people and they are very easy to use.

What type of training can we do online?

It will be just like a normal face to face personal training session. Whatever your goals might be, that’s the type of training we focus on! It can be Weight Loss, Core Training, HIIT training, Strength and Conditioning, Boxing (if you have a boxing bag or simple individual drills), rehab style training focused on improving you range of motion or strength in a particular area such as shoulders. knees or pelvic floor.  Anything that you can do in a normal face to face session, is possible with an online session.

What about equipment? 

There are literally hundreds and hundreds of exercises available which require little to no equipment at all – just you! That being said, if you do have equipment at home or want to purchase some let me know  and I can include it into our routines! A lot of my clients have simply gone to Kmart or Rebel and purchased some cheap kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX’s, skipping ropes etc. and these are great versatile pieces of equipment. Some of my clients even have things like treadmills and battle ropes, however having equipment is not essential so don’t worry if you don’t have any. Things like chairs, beds, towels and backpacks make excellent improvised equipment for training.

How do I know the training is right for me?

I have trained clients at all different levels. Some have never trained in their life, others have been training most of their life and some have done bits and pieces over the years. The sessions are personalized and tailored for you to maximize your results, therefore the training suits any and every one!

How do I track your results?

Your results are what drive you to keep going so it’s very important to keep track of them! I can show you how to take your own measurements, consistent weigh-ins are an option too and physical fitness testing as well. We can do some or all of these as often as you like! Some people prefer to do weekly results tracking, others do fortnightly and some do monthly testing. Whatever works best for you and your time frame and is going to push you to achieve your goals is what we will do.

Do I offer nutritional help?

Yes I do! A huge part of achieving any health and fitness goal is what you are putting into your body. By using my knowledge, different planning techniques, helping you understand your body and how it works as well as simple things such as food diaries and clever phone apps we can discuss and plan your eating so you maximize your results.

Included with your individual goal specific training programs comes:

  • A welcome pack consisting of nutrition help and guidance, a how to guide of tracking your results and much more
  • Dedicated planning time for setting your goals and how we will achieve them
  • Ongoing nutritional planning and goal tracking
  • Additional programs for extra results at no extra charge
  • A huge variety of creative programs to make sure you never do the same program twice!
