The best thing about mobile personal training is the convenience. You can train when you like, where you like and the sessions are all planned for you meaning all you have to do is be ready to move.
Where do we train?
We can train in the most convenient location possible for you. This might be in your home, park or a nice outdoor setting like Kangaroo Point, New Farm Park or Roma St Parklands. My service is designed to be convenient and to make your life easier when it comes to keeping and getting yourself in good shape!
What types of training do I specialize in?
I specialize in a variety of training styles. It really comes down to what you want to do and achieve. Most commonly people want to lose weight, get stronger and feel better about their appearance and also improve their mental health! A variety of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Strength and Conditioning, Boxing (both for fitness and technique), Hypertrophy, Core Strengthening, Pre/During/Post Pregnancy as well as rehabilitation for things like knees and shoulders.
I have and have had clients who have simply wanted to lose weight, get fitter and get stronger. Some clients come to me in preparation for ADF or Police entry. I have trained people to run half marathons, improve their recreational sport, strengthen their core and pelvic floor after pregnancy and child birth and even had 2 clients climb Mt Everest! As well as this, there are clients I have trained and still do that have had an accident and been left with a serious injury and require some rehabilitation to improve their everyday life or get them back to where they were before.
So whatever your goals might be, let me help you get there! I have been in the health industry as a personal trainer now for over a decade. I my love job, I take pride in what I do and you’re in very experienced and safe hands whatever your goals might be.
